Scope of the Project
This application was built to keep a track of all inquiries sent by the customers, consultants and the company. The emails that were being sent were unstructured and could be parsed in a much organized fashion. A better technology could be used for sending notifications to the user about changes being made in the server based on their designation as listed on the database.
Key Points of the Project
- Enhancing Emailing Application : Sufficient research revealed that the data could not be pulled from the mail server using the IMAP protocol and the problem was fixed.
- Structured Mail : The unstructured mails that were being sent from the server parsed in a better fashion for better analysis.
- Better Notifications : Better notifications about changes in the server sent to the user based on their role.
